Refunds and returns

You may cancel your order at any time before it is delivered. If you are not entirely happy with your order once it is delivered, you have 30 days to return it.

If you are canceling your order before delivery:

 

Please email us at info@urbandlondon.com quoting your order number. We will refund your money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase and advise you when completed.

How to return your order or request an exchange:

 

Please email us at info@urbandlondon.com quoting your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. We will then provide you with a form detailing how to proceed. You must then return the products to us at your own cost within 14 days.
