Once you wish to purchase, select the relevant size from the drop down box and enter quantity, then click ADD TO BASKET. Your item will be added to your Shopping Basket and a small box will appear in the top right hand corner of the site to confirm your selection. You can view your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking on SHOPPING BASKET on the top right hand corner of the site. Once you are ready to place your order, simply visit SHOPPING BASKET and click CHECKOUT to pay by card or click the PAYPAL button to complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Choose the items you wish to buy and add to basket. Continue to check-out and under section 3 (payment) tick: redeam a gift card, and enter the gift card code. If your basket total is less then the gift card value, you can use the outstanding balance on your next purchase with the same gift card code. If your basket total is more then the gift card value, you will only have to pay the balance.

You do not need to create an account to place an order with us. Once you have placed bracelets in your Shopping Basket, you can check out as a guest. This means that we will only collect the minimum amount of details from you to process your order. By checking out as a guest your details will not be stored for future orders and you may not be able to track your order online. We recommend that you open an account to speed up future orders.

To order a personalized bracelet please visit the shop page and choose any 18mm width bracelet design (Personalization is only available on 18mm width bracelets) to use as a background to your photo. Use the form on the Personalizations page to send us the reference number of this bracelet and to upload a high quality JPEG image of the photo you wish to use.

Our bracelets are available in two widths: 18mm or 10mm, and in polished or metallic finish. Length/size: Our bracelets can be made to measure. We want to make sure our bracelets are the correct fit for you. The best fit for the Urband London bracelet is a bit loose. Please measure your wrist size prior to purchasing.

Our bracelets are made to order. UK delivery time: 2-3 days. Europe: approx 7-10 days Rest of the world: approx 10-14 days

We currently offer free delivery on all orders over £70. Shipping costs can vary according to the country of delivery and items ordered. You'll see the exact shipping costs for your order before checkout. For deliveries outside the UK, you are responsible for all applicable customs duties and tax and VAT levied by the country in question.

Our bracelets are made of sustainable high quality stainless steel, waterproof, scratch-resistant and nickel free. So you can wear our bracelets in the shower, sea etc. but we recommend to dry the bracelet after getting it wet.

Some people are allergic to nickel and could be sensitive to some jewellery with high nickel content.
